They are amazing!!! My transmission died out and I didn't know what I was going to do. 1st time visiting this service center. We had just purchased a vehicle from Sign It & Drive It 3 weeks prior. Had a service message show up & brought the vehicle here & the staff was very friendly. Mason greeted me & was very thorough with explanations. Luckily the issue was still under the 30 day warranty on a part they had just replaced. Will definitely be back as I have a warranty with them.

Inspections and Emissions, near Denton, TXI came here to get my annual registration inspection. It was very quick service I was in and out of there in 30 minutes and everyone was so nice especially Craig. I got to look into the back of the shop and they were very clean and organized. I bought this Ford edge from Sign It Drive It. I felt very pressured to purchase a vehicle from the sales department. We ended up buying a Ford Edge and we really liked this vehicle. But after we drove it a couple of days after the purchase the brakes started shaking and vibrating. Highly recommend. We had just purchased our car and we bought the coverage. At first we were given a high cost but Craig the manager went to bat for us and took care of the problem at a very low rate and got his administration to cover majority of the bill. Service department only: We dropped off the car 7 days ago to do a few things we told they would do when we bought it 3 weeks prior. We talked to the sales manager about the brakes before we got there. He told us when we got there service would know about it. They had to order some parts and a week later, we received a call saying car was ready and they couldn't find anything wrong with the brakes. When we arrived my husband asked if we could test drive the car. Craig said yes, but was confused about why. We explained everything and basically from the beginning and from that point on Craig, Zyra and Al, the shop foreman, were the best! They found the problem, fixed the problem, thank God. We appreciate those three very much! Before they helped, I would have given them not so high of a score! They were fantastic and turned our opinion totally around! Thank you very much!

Their front office as well as the body shop manager Ronnie were absolutely top-notch! And, they have this awesome tracking system like Domino's pizza that sends you periodic progress reports of your repair. They can even uploaded pictures which they did on my repair of my bumper after it was painted and the details I needed to know. When the repair is complete they send you a link with an easy to read color-coded breakout of the repair costs and your total so you can know what you'll owe before you even show up. Excellent 5-star service from start to finish. Highly recommend their body work!

I had a horrible experience with the sales department two months ago when purchasing my car and vowed never to return to Sign It and Drive it. When my first oil change was due I went to a place that specializes in oil changes and was told the oil drain plug was cross threaded and the technician was unable to remove the plug. Since the dealer did the last oil change I called them to express my displeasure again and was referred to Marc Perry. Marc explained that he has only been with the company for a few weeks and would like the chance to look at the problem. He told me that he stood behind his work so I gave him the chance to fix the problem. Upon arriving, Marc patiently listened about my previous experience with the company (which was not easy by any means), pulled my car in the shop and had me back on the road within 30-45 minutes. As far as I'm concerned, Marc Perry and his team has earned my business for all my car repairs. OUTSTANDING JOB TO YOU AND THE CREW!!! Thank you again for making things right.
